Regional consequences of reducing employment within farming and forestry in the interior of northern Sweden: a presentation of a research project

Abstract

An interdisciplinary research project was initiated in order to develop an improved method of analysing conditions for a balanced development within the large rural districts in northern Sweden. The aims, methods and first results of the project are presented.
