Nordic landscape traditions: Review of Michael Jones, Amy Strecker, Gunhild Setten & Don Mitchell’s (eds.) Landscape, Law and Justice—20 Years

Abstract

This book review of the edited volume Landscape, Law and Justice gives a general sense of the collection and highlights authors’ contributions to the Nordic tradition of landscape study. The volume came from a 2022 symposium and is reviewed as representing the developments in a Nordic landscape canon specifically grounded in the idea of landscape-as-polity even as it also is an important contribution to international landscape study more broadly.
